Service Subscriptions
Brighton Science’s Service Subscription program offers a comprehensive solution to keep your instruments well-maintained, minimize downtime, and enhance the effectiveness of your surface intelligence operations. With automatic renewals and flexible scheduling, you can conveniently send your device for calibration at a time that works best for your business. This subscription extends warranty coverage for both hardware and software, including protection for accidental damage. Tiered packages also provide options for enhanced calibrations, and if your current subscription is still active, any new subscription time will be added to the end of your existing coverage. All calibrations include a new water cartridge installed in the Surface Analyst and include essential performance check cards. One Time Calibrations
Brighton Science’s One-Time Calibration service includes a thorough 50-point inspection to ensure your Surface Analyst’s performance and measurement accuracy. The device undergoes verification for contact angle accuracy with a laboratory-grade benchtop goniometer, and a new water cartridge is provided. Certain calibration packages are accredited to ISO/IEC 17025:2017. All calibrations include a new water cartridge installed in the Surface Analyst and include essential performance check cards. Customers are responsible for shipping costs, customs, and applicable duties to Brighton Science, while Brighton Science covers return shipping, minus any customs and duties. XA or SA7001 calibrations are completed at the customer’s location. After purchase, you will receive instructions to send in your instrument; please await this email before shipping.
